Reformer Pilates Beginners / Level 1

Don’t start Pilates Reformer with expectations of becoming a pro overnight. Learning reformer takes time but it’s also a lot of fun. Learning of what your body can do, observe & enjoy the process – it’s a beautiful journey of improvement.

It’s important to understand the basics and take the time to learn the principles of Pilates to have a proper base and experience enormous lifetime benefits. Attending a number of beginner / level 1 Pilates Reformer classes is crucial before progressing to the next level.

If you are new to Reformer, our pilates teachers recommend to complete minimum of 5 Pilates Reformer Level 1 classes over a period of 2 weeks to get the most out of your initial experience with Pilates equipment. You can find a specialy priced package available for new clients only here
