Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer Level 1

This class is for beginners, we recommend attending minimum 5 x Level 1 classes before progressing to more advanced options: Reformer Core & Posture, Reformer Cardio, Reformer Sculpt.

Introduction to the reformer and basic movements. Level 1 will flow through creative sequences combining traditional and contemporary exercises that target all areas of your body, with an emphasis on building a strong core. Feedback from the springs will encourage deeper muscle engagement and bring awareness to the mechanics of your body.

Class is limited to 6 participants; pre-booking is required.

Why You’ll Love It: We spend a little more time on technique so you can continue to build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice. This format is also great for those who haven’t done Reformer Pilates in a Group setting, or for anyone who wants to brush up on technique.

 

Pilates Reformer Core & Posture

This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced level. You should attend minimum of 5 x Level 1 classes before signing up to Core & Posture class.

What can you expect? Creative and effective moves on the reformer to challenge your core and strengthen your weak areas responsible for bad posture. Expect a stronger body & aligned spine. We recommend attending this class regularly to enjoy lifetime results.

 

Pilates Reformer Sculpt

Pilates Reformer class with uniquely designed strengthening moves to tone & sculpt your entire body. This class moves at a faster phase, you should have a solid knowledge of pilates reformer repertoire before booking into this class. Shape up with Reformer Sculpt today! Our teachers recommend to attend this class regularly and switching around to different teachers to challenge the body with variety of styles and moves.

 

Pilates Reformer Cardio

A class with high sweat factor, using jumpboard & energetic full body exercises. It is an advanced Reformer Pilates class, which requires previous experience on the reformer. Cardio Jumpboard makes you jump while lying down, without putting any stress or impact on your joints – it is a great option to burn extra calories and release a good amount of endorphins. Reduce your stress, relief pain and improve your wellbeing with our Pilates Reformer Cardio class.
