Expect a full-body workout that will safely strengthen and tighten all the right places: core, back, arms, glutes, and pelvic floor. These workouts will help support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery and get you back to feeling like yourself after your little one arrives! This workout is safe for moms to be who have past the first trimester.
