We offer private and semi-private sessions if you wish the teacher to fully focus on your body abilities and take you through a dedicated pilates journey. Starting with your posture and movement analysis – our certified teachers will be able to prescribed tailored to your needs pilates program. Focusing on your own fitness and wellbeing goals, starting with the principals of pilates, correct breathing, progressing through movements you are going to learn how your body can improve with a regular pilates practice.
Work on your flexibility, improve your posture and disconnect from the world during your 50 minutes private pilates session held in our nature inspired Himalayan Salt wall or Green wall room.
