Kids’ Mindfulness Movement Class

Through conscious, mindful exploration, our Mindfulness Movement classes will help your little one perceive the world and spaces around them with a calm awareness and enlightened perspective. Focusing on feeling what their body does while engaging in movement in their formative years, instils mental focus and organic discipline, which allows them to recognize the capability and potential of their bodies, taking that practice through to adulthood.

The classes focus on connecting with your breath and using guided movement to bring awareness to the present moment.
